How to Subscribe to SafariOffice PRO

To activate the SafariOffice PRO subscription and all its benefits you simply go to Settings and Subscriptions. This Subscription is for your company account and the benefits and features of this subscription are available to all users.

Note: You need to be a Admin user to be able to activate and cancel any Subscription

Subscribing and Activating

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Subscriptions

3. Go to the top section in the table name Account Type

4. Click ‘Upgrade to PRO’

   1. If you have no Billing and/or Payment Method yet the system will ask you to enter these.

   2. If there is a FREE trial available you will not be charged until the FREE trial ends - you can still cancel at anytime before the subscription starts.

5. Select the plan you want Monthly or Yearly (yearly gives you a 15% discount)

6. Confirm and your account will now show the PRO label at the top. All included features are now active and you will receive confirmation in your email as well.

There is an Early-Bird-Discount available until the 16th of June 2026. On your first year you will receive a 30% discount on the yearly plan.

Unsubscribing and canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at anytime.

Note: If you cancel your subscription you will loose access to features and benefits of SafariOffice PRO at the end date of your subscription. Understand this also means limitations might come into place like the use of the Content Library and possible additional charges for users over 10. Read more about downgrading here

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Subscriptions

3. Go to the top section in the table name Account Type

4. Click the three green dots at the end an select ‘cancel subscription’

5. Confirm and your will receive confirmation email as well

6. The end date is now shown.
