Your FREE account includes two free users and maintain full access to our optional Add-ons should you choose to enhance your experience. You can create quotes and tours like you have been doing as always. However, to help us scale and support our growing community, a few minor changes will take effect regarding how FREE accounts function:
You can continue to use the Content Library to store your custom descriptions and images.
New Limits: There is a limit of 5 custom items per category (Destinations, Accommodations, and Activities).
Transition Period: You will have full access to all your existing custom content until June 16, 2026. (d.d 17th of March, 2026) In the coming weeks we roll out options for you to start archiving items yourself in preperation if you remain on the FREE version.
After June 16th: Only your most used 5 items per category will remain "unlocked" if you did not archive any yourself. You will have the opportunity to choose which items to keep active, and which ones you want archived. We will not delete your data immediately so if you upgrade later these items will become available. Archived items are locked for use and updating. You can view archived items and unarchive them as long as you have open slots (5 per category).
The PRO Advantage: SafariOffice PRO accounts retain unlimited capacity for all custom content.
To keep the platform running efficiently, we are introducing automated cleanup for FREE accounts.
Archiving: Requests with no activity for 30 days will be automatically archived.
Deletion: Archived requests that are not restored will be permanently deleted after 90 days.
The PRO Advantage: PRO users have unlimited history and full manual control over these settings.

We are changing how high-volume teams are handled on the FREE plan.
Cap Removal: Previously, FREE accounts were not charged for their 11th user and beyond. This cap is being lifted; all users beyond the first two free spots will now require a paid subscription to maintain access.
The PRO Advantage: In the PRO version, the existing cap remains, meaning the 11th user and beyond remain free.
Transition Period: You will have until June 16, 2026 to either update to PRO or after this date you will be prompted to pay to keep access to these accounts above 10. This basically means that if you have more than 15 users the PRO version subscription will costs less on an annual paid plan.
While you can still use video content provided by SafariOffice and suppliers like accommodations, FREE accounts will no longer have the ability to upload or embed custom videos.
If you wish to use custom YouTube/Vimeo links or video headers, these remain exclusive to the PRO tier.
