How to Use Our Support Widget
To make it easy to get help, give feedback, or find answers, we provide a support widget directly inside the platform. This widget allows you to contact our team, read help articles, and send feedback without leaving the app.
Find the widget on the left bottom:

1. Find Answers in the Help Center
Before contacting support, you can quickly search our help center from the Widget.
The help center contains guides, tutorials, and answers to common questions. Simply open the widget and search for the topic you need help with. Many questions can be solved instantly this way. The help center is designed to make information easily accessible and reduce the need to contact support.
2. Send Us a Message, Chat with Twiga AI
If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, you can send us a message directly through the widget.
Our team will receive your message and respond as soon as possible. This allows you to ask questions, request help, or get guidance without leaving the platform. The widget also supports live chat and AI-assisted responses by Twiga AI to help resolve questions even faster.
If Twiga AI can’t help you can always leave the support team a message and we’ll reply as soon as we can. You will find your message history in your message section.
3. Get the latest News First
In the News section we share updates on new features, events and more. Check out the news to be right on top of the latest from SafariOffice.
4. Report Issue
If something isn’t working as expected, you can report an issue directly from the widget.
When you send a report, the system automatically includes helpful technical details and a screenshot so our team can troubleshoot the issue faster. This helps us resolve problems quickly and improve the product.
You can also share feedback or suggestions for improvements. We always appreciate hearing your ideas.
