In SafariOffice, you can showcase your vehicles to your clients. This helps your clients see what they’ll be using on safari, giving you an added advantage. Whether this is your fleet, or the vehicles your partners use, or the vehicles you hire, sharing good information on (safari) vehicles used is important.
Vehicles are now a separate chapter in SafariOffice itineraries (since May 2025).
You have:
Manage all your vehicles in one place:
Add descriptions for each vehicle type and the number of people it seats.
Upload multiple images per vehicle to highlight features - you can also select images you have uploaded before that were not connected to an individual type of vehicle yet.
Ensure consistent and high-quality presentation across itineraries.
Go to Content Library> Company Content > Vehicles
Set a main image and intro text for the Vehicles chapter in your itineraries. You can also choose specific vehicles to be added by default to all new itineraries.
You can do this after you have entered vehicles into your Library (see step 1.)
Go to Settings>Quote Settings>Vehicles
In your quote or tour templates, you can:
Customize the Vehicles page, delete or add vehicles from your library.
Further customize the description per itinerary to match the expectations or needs of specific travelers for a specific tour. These vehicles will show on the tour information tab.
Each request shows which vehicles are assigned to the tour; you can see them on the Tour Information tab.
These are also the vehicles that appear in the SafariBuddy App, if you use it.
You can adjust the assigned vehicles anytime after booking as well, using the SafariBuddy Manager (Content Tab in the Manager) or if not sent yet, through the Quote Builder (as long as the quote is still in draft).
