How to Reset Your Password

You can reset your password because you lost it, or because you feel safer to change it.

You lost your password and can’t sign in anymore

• On the sign in page, click on the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions. 

Or 

1. Click Reset Password

2. Enter your admin email address — this is the email you use to log in to SafariOffice.

3. Check your inbox for a password reset link.

4. Click the link in that email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

If you don’t see the email right away, check your spam or junk folder.

If you still do not find the reset email you very likely used the wrong email. Always check with what email you signed up as a User. This does not have to be the company email. SafariOffice will only send a password reset email if it recognises the email address used for the “forgot password”.

Once your new password is set, you can log in to SafariOffice as usual.

You want to change the password in your account

If you are signed in you can always change your password within your profile

1. Go to Settings > Profile >Change Password

2. First enter your current password

3. Enter new Password

4. Repeat the Password

5. Click Save

From now on your new password will be active.
