Besides uploading photos for destinations, accommodations, or activities in your quote, you can also choose to upload videos.
You can choose to select videos from our database or upload your own videos by pasting a YouTube or Vimeo link. There are two ways to upload your videos: within your quote or in your content library.
Once you upload your video for a destination, accommodation, or activity, this will automatically be saved in your SafariOffice account. This allows you to easily re-use the video for different quotes.
You can easily add videos to your quotes and templates by following these steps:
Go to the step '3. Preview & Edit' when editing the quote.
Scroll to the day where you want to add the video.
Click on 'Edit Day X' on the top left of the page.
Click on 'Videos' for the destination, accommodation, or activities section.
Easily upload your video by pasting the YouTube or Vimeo link. Once you upload your own video link, this will automatically be saved in your SafariOffice account.
You can also pre-upload all your videos to your content library and label them accordingly.
For example, you can upload a video for the destination Masai Mara National Reserve and name it 'Masai Mara National Reserve'. The next time you select this destination, SafariOffice allows you to choose your own existing videos from your library when you are managing your quote.
Upload all your videos for destination, accommodation, and activities in your content library following these steps:
Go to 'Your Content Library'.
Then add or select the item you want to add a video to in the right section.
Open the item and click on 'Videos' and paste the YouTube or Vimeo link.
Click Add Video
