In this article, you will learn how to configure your AI Assistant to match your brand's unique voice and manage language-specific tones.
The AI Assistant streamlines your workflow by generating descriptions for your Quotes, Emails and Tour Templates. By setting a Global Tone of Voice, you ensure that every piece of AI-generated content, from day descriptions to emails, feels professional and consistent with your brand identity.
These effects are not major and only add a nuance, mainly affecting some areas like the way day descriptions are generated and the tone of emails and cover pages.
You can choose from several pre-defined personas to control how the AI writes your content.
Go to Settings.
Select AI Assistant under the Administration section.
Click the Global Tone of Voice dropdown menu.
Select one of the following personas:
The Trusted Advisor: Highlights local knowledge, trust and the practical quality of the experience. [Default, and closest to SafariOffice Default Content]
The Adventure Guide: Focuses on the feeling of the wild and the thrill of the chase.
The Luxury Specialist: Emphasizes privacy, service, and a serene atmosphere.
The Modern Storyteller: Focuses on authentic local connections and unique photo opportunities.
Click Save AI Assistant Settings.
If you operate in multiple markets, you might need a different approach for specific languages. For example, you may prefer a more formal tone for German guests while keeping your global "Modern Storyteller" voice for others.
Locate the Per-Language Tone Overrides section.
Find the language you wish to adjust (e.g., French Tone, German Tone, or Spanish Tone).
Select a specific persona from the dropdown menu to override the global setting.
Click Save AI Assistant Settings.
